HH Management Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated, MAS Capital Markets Services-licensed fund manager. We are part of HH Family, a single-family office founded by entrepreneurs who have built and exited companies across Europe, Asia, and the US.
We invest across asset classes and geographies, following conviction rather than mandates. Our edge is a team with genuine operating backgrounds — founders, lawyers, and operators who have built and exited businesses — combined with the governance structure of a licensed institution.
Our anchor investor is HH Family Pte. Ltd., ensuring full alignment between the manager and the capital we deploy on behalf of our investors.
Our mandate is flexible by design. We allocate to public and private markets, bonds, and real estate when we see asymmetric value, and we hold the discipline to wait when we don't.

Companies in Southeast Asia and beyond, with a focus on software, compliance, supply chain, infrastructure, and digital economy enablement.

Selective allocation to credit instruments where risk-adjusted returns are compelling and duration is manageable.

Direct and indirect exposure to commercial and residential property in select markets, anchored by strong tenant quality and cash yield.
